...Then David Shoebridge MLC who will be sharing some of the lighter moments of life at Macquarie Street (he assures there are some) And finally, Tug Dumbly. The Scotsman wrote of Tug, after the Edinburgh Fringe Festival that “….He is a masterful performer and an excellent communicator with a vigour for spoken word that electrifies the room."
Tug Dumbly is a satirist-slash-poet-slash-writer-slash-singer-slash-songwriter-slash-comedian who is confused about all the slashes in his job description. Suffice to say he barbeques all manner of sacred cows and undermines pop culture from the inside. And will, no doubt, be offering a forensic examination of NSW state politics performed by wielding a broad axe.
Explore a world of Riesling, guided by our gun sommelier Laiana Ryan and her love of this fantastic varietal. Experience a different Riesling with each course of Cotton Duck's bespoke menu. The wines themselves will hail from Germany and Austria, as well as our very own NSW Orange. Kerri Thompson from KT and the Falcon Wines will also be on hand to talk vino with you and illuminate this very special varietal.
