On 18th May, we received the devastating news of the passing of Ray Marshall from Cornucopia Farms.

Ray's farm has helped us with chickens, eggs and ducks for some time, and we have incredible respect for Ray and his partner Kerry and their commitment to organic produce and the lengths he would go to ensure that the best possible poultry and eggs would make it to as many tables as possible. 6 sense projects focus on food and the environment; Danks Street Depot is run in the most environmentally and sustainable way that we can, sourcing Australia only produce and supporting local farmers using sustainable farming methods.  6 sense projects focus on food and people; from the Danks Street Depot platter menus created to be shared and enjoyed with friends to the quality and freshness of the produce we use, Danks Street Depot is about linking people with good food.  Our chefs and staff also maintain strong working relationships with the producers we use. And '6 sense' projects are about preserving great food traditions, while being innovators within the industry.
