Danks Street Depot, in partnership with SSP International, opened at Sydney International Airport in December 2009.
The menu has been created with airport patrons in mind, combining DSD Waterloo favourites with dishes designed specifically for travellers. The emphasis is on seasonal ingredients and the menu celebrates local, sustainable and artisan produce.
DSD Airport aims to demonstrate great food and drink made in accordance with traditional Danks Street Depot culture.
