This means that Danks Street Depot is run as sustainably as we can and is continually developing ways to improve this; it also means that Danks Street Depot chooses to use seasonal produce and buys a large amount of this locally and has an all Australian policy when it comes to produce; we endeavor to educate people about food and honour artisan production and food traditions.
