Functions Terms & Conditions

Guaranteed Minimum

The number of guests attending the function is required 24 hours prior to the event. Charges will be based on a guaranteed minimum number or final head count, whichever is greater. Charges will be based on a minimum spend of $30 per person or the final bill, whichever is greater.

Confirmation & Deposit

Tentative reservations are held for sever (7) working days after the original reservation request. To confirm a reservation, we requre a completed and signed copy of the Booking Sheet, which acknowledges and agrees to the Terms and Conditions along with your current credit card details. Where written confirmation and deposit are not recieved by the due date, Danks Street Depot reserves the right to cancel the reservation held on the client's behalf.

Cancellations

Please advice cancellations and / or changes seven (7) working days prior to function. 

Deposit

We require your current credit card details to hold your booking and reserve the right to take a deposit equal to 30% of the agreed minimum spend. 

Minimum Spend

For large bookings of 8 and over there is a $30 per person minimum spend unless you wish to hire part or all of the restaurant exclusively in which case, price is on application. 

Food & Beverage

Final confirmation of Menu and Beverage selection is required seven (7) days prior to the event. Menus will be printed especially for the day with any additional titles added e.g. "Jemma & Brads 25th Wedding Anniversary." The account is to be finalised on the night.

Account Finalising

The account is to be finalised on the day / night. A 10% service charge will be added to the total bill. 

Menu Variations

We endeavour to maintain the quoted menu, however, the menu is subject to change due to availability of fresh produce. The client will be advised of any changes before the function. 

Responsibilities

Danks Street Depot is licensed to serve alcohol until 11.00pm Monday - Thursday and 12.00am Friday - Saturday. Guest would therefore be expected to leave the premises by 12:00am.

The client is responsible for the conduct of hte client's guests and indemnifies the restaurant for all costs, expenses, damage and loss caused by any act by the client or the client's guests.
